Want to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks? This is actually a very achievable goal. In fact it is very possible you can lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks if you really stuck with the right plan. But I admire the fact that you are modest and not one of those people who think they can just drop 30 pounds in a week.

Engaging in light to moderate exercise three times a week will also help you lose weight quickly. After you have improved your diet you will notice an increase in the amount of energy you have. Harness that energy with some exercise. With proper diet and exercise I see no reason why you can't lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks.

In fact because you are doing it the healthy way you will notice that your body will become more tone and fit. Lots of people are thin but look unhealthy. You will be both thin and healthy and your body will prove that.

So how do you do it? Have the right nutrition plan. I cannot stress enough the importance of having the right program and sticking with it. You need to hold yourself accountable otherwise you may not have the motivation to stick with your weight loss goals.
